Chen Tai Chi is one of the original family styles of Tai Chi and is known for its balance of soft and hard energy as it can be both flowing and explosive.
Our practice is focused on both the wellness and martial benefits, and is an opputunity for mindfullness practice and meditatitve movement.

Muay Thai Kickboxing
Class includes conditioning, partner drills, heavy bag and pad work. For those interested, sparring is available as an option. Our approach to sparring is rooted in traditional technical sparring of Muay Thai, emphasizing technical skill development ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all participants.

Coach Will makes sure you get most of out every session, blending short bursts of HIT (high-intensity training) and Ketttlebells with heavy bag work, striking pads, and flexibility exercises.
